31/12/15 Awakening
Beloved, I call you to awaken! Rise up from those places of slumber, rise up from those places of hiddenness. Do not hesitate to take up your armour again, to strap on your weapons, for surely I have healed the broken hearted. I have taken away the pain and distress from my wounded warriors. Even now, I place into your hands new weapons. I am upgrading even the armour that you have been so used to wearing. No longer will the enemy be able to cause you wounding from those old scars. I have sealed those openings completely.
You have the victory, you are in Me and I am in you and I have overcome. I know you as my secret weapon and My eye is on you. Do you not realise that the battle has been fierce, because of the call that I have over your life? Take up your new weapons and armour and return to the fight.
(NIV) James 1:2-4,12
Consider it pure joy, my brothers and sisters, whenever you face trials of many kinds, because you know that the testing of your faith produces perseverance. Let perseverance finish its work so that you may be mature and complete, not lacking anything.
Blessed is the one who perseveres under trial because, having stood the test, that person will receive the crown of life that the Lord has promised to those who love him.
(NIV) Hebrews 10:39
But we do not belong to those who shrink back and are destroyed, but to those who have faith and are saved.
30/12/15 Breaker Anointing
You, My people, carry My breaker anointing to set the captives free, to heal the sick, to cast out demons and to bind up the broken hearted. You are going to see a double portion released to those who have asked for the Elisha anointing. Many of those who asked have been kept in the palm of My hand for this appointed time, but I am now releasing them on the earth. They have and are willing to pay the price. All ages are now being released into their communities, from the youngest to the oldest, I am no respecter of age. Many of those who carry the wisdom of age will be re-anointed and re-appointed. Each generation will submit to the other in humility and unity. Those that are truly mine will walk forward in love, honouring each other above themselves. But all will look to Me and I will direct their steps.
(NIV) Isaiah 61:1-7
The Spirit of the Sovereign Lord is on me,
because the Lord has anointed me
to proclaim good news to the poor.
He has sent me to bind up the broken-hearted,
to proclaim freedom for the captives
and release from darkness for the prisoners,
to proclaim the year of the Lord’s favour
and the day of vengeance of our God,
to comfort all who mourn,
and provide for those who grieve in Zion—
to bestow on them a crown of beauty
instead of ashes,
the oil of joy
instead of mourning,
and a garment of praise
instead of a spirit of despair.
They will be called oaks of righteousness,
a planting of the Lord
for the display of his splendour.
They will rebuild the ancient ruins
and restore the places long devastated;
they will renew the ruined cities
that have been devastated for generations.
Strangers will shepherd your flocks;
foreigners will work your fields and vineyards.
And you will be called priests of the Lord,
you will be named ministers of our God.
You will feed on the wealth of nations,
and in their riches you will boast.
Instead of your shame
you will receive a double portion,
and instead of disgrace
you will rejoice in your inheritance.
And so you will inherit a double portion in your land,
and everlasting joy will be yours.
(NIV) 2 Kings 2:9
When they had crossed, Elijah said to Elisha, “Tell me, what can I do for you before I am taken from you?” “Let me inherit a double portion of your spirit,” Elisha replied.
29/12/15 Come Out of Hiding
When you have been through a hard season of the battle field, and find yourself weary and bruised, it can be so easy to find a deep dark cave and crawl into it. Here my friend you will remain, in the dark, your wounds will not heal and your only company will be your own regrets, fears and thoughts. Every one of these are the same weapons used against you on the battle field of life.
No weapon formed against you will prosper.
When the words of those around you dig deep into your heart, do not go into hiding, stand tall and allow my light and my salve to take the sting from your open wounds. Watch as I bring healing to every wound and false word spoken over you and about you.
My friend when you step out onto the battle field with me, we are already victorious. The battle is fought with love and grace, mercy and honour, respect and especially forgiveness.
(NIV) Psalm 139: 10-12
even there your hand will guide me,
your right hand will hold me fast.
If I say, “Surely the darkness will hide me
and the light become night around me,”
even the darkness will not be dark to you;
the night will shine like the day,
for darkness is as light to you.
(NIV) Isaiah 54: 16-17
“See, it is I who created the blacksmith
who fans the coals into flame
and forges a weapon fit for its work.
And it is I who have created the destroyer to wreak havoc;
no weapon forged against you will prevail,
and you will refute every tongue that accuses you.
This is the heritage of the servants of the Lord,
and this is their vindication from me,”
declares the Lord.
28/12/15 Home Coming
I call the prodigals home, you have been listening to my still small voice in the dark hours just before the dawn. You, my beloved, hear me calling your name. It is carried like a whisper upon the wind straight to your heart from the depth of my own. I want you to come home.
Do not allow the lies of the enemy to keep you chained in your sin and misery. My arms are open and waiting to embrace you. Start to run, and as you move closer to me, all of the past will fall off. Your freedom will be like a weight being released from around your shoulders. You will walk tall for I AM the lifter of your head.
You are my home, as I am yours. Come into my loving embrace and be filled with peace, love and hope.
You and I walk as one.
(NIV) Matthew 11: 28-29
“Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls.
(NIV) Hebrews 12: 1-3
Therefore, since we are surrounded by such a great cloud of witnesses, let us throw off everything that hinders and the sin that so easily entangles. And let us run with perseverance the race marked out for us, fixing our eyes on Jesus, the pioneer and perfecter of faith. For the joy set before him he endured the cross, scorning its shame, and sat down at the right hand of the throne of God. Consider him who endured such opposition from sinners, so that you will not grow weary and lose heart.
26/12/15 When Friendship Hurts
My friends do not look at the situations around you with your own eyes and understanding.
When my Father looks at you, He looks at you through me, what he sees is my beauty and sacrifice. He sees reconciliation, he sees love without measure, hope and glory, instead of your sins and shortcomings, your fears and anger, even your deep wounds of relationships, husbands to wives, sons and daughters to parents, friends that hurt one another.
When you look at the people around you, do you look for the Jesus in them? You will be disappointed for you are looking for them to be me.
I call you to look at every person through me, for they are in me and I in them. What you will see is their potential, their treasure will stand out. You will see the love that covers them. You will not be able to take your eyes off their beauty for they are all held safely in me just as you are.
Love one another as I have loved you.
(NIV) 1 Peter 2: 4-6
As you come to him, the living Stone—rejected by humans but chosen by God and precious to him— you also, like living stones, are being built into a spiritual house to be a holy priesthood, offering spiritual sacrifices acceptable to God through Jesus Christ. For in Scripture it says:
“See, I lay a stone in Zion,
a chosen and precious cornerstone,
and the one who trusts in him
will never be put to shame.”
(NIV) Romans 12: 9-11
Love must be sincere. Hate what is evil; cling to what is good. Be devoted to one another in love. Honour one another above yourselves. Never be lacking in zeal, but keep your spiritual fervour, serving the Lord.
25/12/15 Models?
Do you model Me? Do you look like Me? Do you carry My heart? Is your arm reaching to others or are you grabbing things for yourself? Is your delight in getting or in giving? Are you role models for Me towards others? You know the answers.
As you approach another year, it is time to take stock and make the necessary changes and shifts. Look at My word afresh, allow My Spirit to breathe on it and challenge your hearts. I do not condemn, but I do challenge you to become more like My Son, Jesus, who, although equal to me took on the nature of a humble servant. You are not more than Him, but neither are you less. He has brought all of you as sons and daughters into the Kingdom.
(NIV) Philippians 2:1-13
Therefore if you have any encouragement from being united with Christ, if any comfort from his love, if any common sharing in the Spirit, if any tenderness and compassion, then make my joy complete by being like-minded, having the same love, being one in spirit and of one mind. Do nothing out of selfish ambition or vain conceit. Rather, in humility value others above yourselves, not looking to your own interests but each of you to the interests of the others.
In your relationships with one another, have the same mindset as Christ Jesus:
Who, being in very nature God,
did not consider equality with God something to be used to his own advantage;
rather, he made himself nothing
by taking the very nature of a servant,
being made in human likeness.
And being found in appearance as a man,
he humbled himself
by becoming obedient to death—
even death on a cross!
Therefore God exalted him to the highest place
and gave him the name that is above every name,
that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow,
in heaven and on earth and under the earth,
and every tongue acknowledge that Jesus Christ is Lord,
to the glory of God the Father.
Therefore, my dear friends, as you have always obeyed—not only in my presence, but now much more in my absence—continue to work out your salvation with fear and trembling, for it is God who works in you to will and to act in order to fulfil his good purpose.
(NIV) Hebrews 2:10-12
In bringing many sons and daughters to glory, it was fitting that God, for whom and through whom everything exists, should make the pioneer of their salvation perfect through what he suffered. Both the one who makes people holy and those who are made holy are of the same family. So Jesus is not ashamed to call them brothers and sisters. He says,
“I will declare your name to my brothers and sisters;
in the assembly I will sing your praises.
24/12/15 Rolling Waves
Watch the power of my waves as they come crashing over your life, even the gentlest of waves stir up, and shift the pebbles and sand. You have asked Me for the waves of My Spirit and My glory. Are you ready for the turmoil and the shifting that is coming? Do not think that everything will be orderly or in place, as I release My waves over your land. Watch and see what My waves will accomplish, not only for you as an individual, but corporately for all those called by My name.
Many of you will experience shifts physically, emotionally and spiritually and particularly in the way you think. Some of you have already known the shifting of My Spirit geographically and you have asked, “Why here, Father?”. Very shortly my plan and purpose will be revealed and suddenly your response will be, “Now I understand”.
Watch and pray, make yourself ready for all I am bringing.
(NIV) Isaiah 51:15-16
For I am the Lord your God,
who stirs up the sea so that its waves roar—
the Lord Almighty is his name.
I have put my words in your mouth
and covered you with the shadow of my hand—
I who set the heavens in place,
who laid the foundations of the earth,
and who say to Zion, ‘You are my people.
(NIV) Colossians 4:2
Devote yourselves to prayer, being watchful and thankful.
23/12/15 What’s in a Name? Everything!
In my name, all things are possible, the blind will see, the lame will walk and the dead will be raised. In my name, you are made whole. You are my family. Your sins are washed away and you have become my dwelling place. You are alive in me and I in you. You are my arms and legs, eyes and ears, you speak the words of my authority as I fill your mouth with wisdom.
In my name, you will call nations to bend the knee and I will heal their land. You carry the banner of my love to every man, woman and child on this planet. In my name, I have set before you a banquet filled with all good things, you will want for nothing. In my name, even the heavens will release the treasures of my kingdom, so that men will see your abundance of favour and grace.
For in my name you my family are complete.
(NIV) John 15: 9-17
“As the Father has loved me, so have I loved you. Now remain in my love. If you keep my commands, you will remain in my love, just as I have kept my Father’s commands and remain in his love. I have told you this so that my joy may be in you and that your joy may be complete. My command is this: Love each other as I have loved you. Greater love has no one than this: to lay down one’s life for one’s friends. You are my friends if you do what I command. I no longer call you servants, because a servant does not know his master’s business. Instead, I have called you friends, for everything that I learned from my Father I have made known to you. You did not choose me, but I chose you and appointed you so that you might go and bear fruit—fruit that will last—and so that whatever you ask in my name the Father will give you. This is my command: Love each other.
22/12/15 A Call to Rest and Reflect
Only reflect upon the good and not the bad. What worked well in the last season will be your benchmark for the next season. You my friend are beginning to notice a slowing down of your life and work commitments. There has even been a sense of “why is this all happening to me? I want to be, busy, busy, and busier”.
I am calling you to come into a place of rest for a time, for I have plans for you. In the past season you pioneered a work that had much effect upon your church and community. I am bringing fresh people around you. They will be trained in every aspect of your work, and they will take the strain from you. Because my yoke is light, you should not be bearing this weighty project by yourself.
Come rest in me, my good and faithful servant, for the new season will be here soon enough.
(NIV) Matthew 11: 27-30
“All things have been committed to me by my Father. No one knows the Son except the Father, and no one knows the Father except the Son and those to whom the Son chooses to reveal him.
“Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy and my burden is light.”
(NIV) Hebrews 4: 9-11
There remains, then, a Sabbath-rest for the people of God; for anyone who enters God’s rest also rests from their works, just as God did from his. Let us, therefore, make every effort to enter that rest, so that no one will perish by following their example of disobedience.
21/12/15 Morning
I watch as you open your eyes, place your feet on the floor, then walk with eyes half shut into the day. Too many times you have missed the joy of the little things that I have placed before you. The smile of your child at the breakfast table. The delight of a simple cuppa at the beginning of the day. So often I have longed to hear your “good morning” on the way to the bathroom, but your eyes and ears are not only shut physically but spiritually.
Hear now the noise of the klaxon as it goes off trying to get your attention. I have so many wonderful things to show you. I am like that child pulling on your sleeve trying, in any way possible, to get your attention. I sit with you on the drive to work, hoping that you’ll remember today that I am here.
Suddenly calamity strikes and you run to Me. Why do you have to wait ’til now to come? I am with you all the time, I want to be part of all of your days, not just the bad!
(NIV) Psalm 19:1-4
The heavens declare the glory of God;
the skies proclaim the work of his hands.
Day after day they pour forth speech;
night after night they reveal knowledge.
They have no speech, they use no words;
no sound is heard from them.
Yet their voice goes out into all the earth,
their words to the ends of the world.
(NIV) Isaiah 40:27-31
Why do you complain, Jacob?
Why do you say, Israel,
“My way is hidden from the Lord;
my cause is disregarded by my God”?
Do you not know?
Have you not heard?
The Lord is the everlasting God,
the Creator of the ends of the earth.
He will not grow tired or weary,
and his understanding no one can fathom.
He gives strength to the weary
and increases the power of the weak.
Even youths grow tired and weary,
and young men stumble and fall;
but those who hope in the Lord
will renew their strength.
They will soar on wings like eagles;
they will run and not grow weary,
they will walk and not be faint.
18/12/15 The Puppet Master
My family be aware of the schemes of the Devil, for he sits in wait for you to let down your guard. He comes sneaking into your thoughts with whispered lies, that if, given room will leave behind seeds of doubt, to grow and fill your mind.
There are many who spend every waking moment, in battle with every person around them, for they are caught up in the negative thoughts of conflict. Our battle is not against flesh and blood but against powers and principalities.
The spiritual onslaught of the puppet master, who moves and works the strings of the lies embedded in our thoughts, this is your battle ground. And it is time to take back all the ground that you have lost.
Cut the strings and take captive your thoughts, wash every thought through my blood. The Holy Spirit will give you fresh discernment to know the difference between truth and lies.
(NIV) Ephesians 6: 10-18
Finally, be strong in the Lord and in his mighty power. Put on the full armor of God, so that you can take your stand against the devil’s schemes. For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms. Therefore put on the full armor of God, so that when the day of evil comes, you may be able to stand your ground, and after you have done everything, to stand. Stand firm then, with the belt of truth buckled around your waist, with the breastplate of righteousness in place, and with your feet fitted with the readiness that comes from the gospel of peace. In addition to all this, take up the shield of faith, with which you can extinguish all the flaming arrows of the evil one. Take the helmet of salvation and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God.
And pray in the Spirit on all occasions with all kinds of prayers and requests. With this in mind, be alert and always keep on praying for all the Lord’s people.
17/12/15 Sweet as honey
Beloved, there are many things that the enemy will bring into your path that will appear to be “as sweet as honey”, but the more you partake the more bitter they will become.
If you will allow Me, I will remove you from those things that once seemed sweet, but now bring only bitter regrets. I am a good Father and I only want the very best for you.
I will restore your hope, joy and peace and bring again the delight of a child. One who is only just discovering all the wonders that are around them. The joy of running free, chasing butterflies. The delight of exploration. No matter what age you are, you can begin again. Surely, I am the Father who rescues you and brings you out into spacious places because I delight in you.
(NIV) Psalm 18:19
He brought me out into a spacious place; he rescued me because he delighted in me.
(NIV) Psalm 37:23-28
The Lord makes firm the steps
of the one who delights in him;
though he may stumble, he will not fall,
for the Lord upholds him with his hand.
I was young and now I am old,
yet I have never seen the righteous forsaken
or their children begging bread.
They are always generous and lend freely;
their children will be a blessing.
Turn from evil and do good;
then you will dwell in the land forever.
For the Lord loves the just
and will not forsake his faithful ones.
16/12/15 Compassion
Each member of my family carries my compassion. It is a supernatural compassion that flows from me, through you and then on into the world.
When you are at your lowest ebb, and everything inside you, just wants to quit and walk away to a place where you will find peace and acceptance! STOP!
Take a breath, and when you exhale, release compassion over your life and your circumstances, but especially over those whom you sense are using and abusing you. My compassion has no boundaries, there are no religious walls encircling it, and there are no chains attached.
My compassion is free to all.
(NIV) James 5: 10-11
Brothers and sisters, as an example of patience in the face of suffering, take the prophets who spoke in the name of the Lord. As you know, we count as blessed those who have persevered. You have heard of Job’s perseverance and have seen what the Lord finally brought about. The Lord is full of compassion and mercy.
(NIV) Ephesians 4: 29-32
Do not let any unwholesome talk come out of your mouths, but only what is helpful for building others up according to their needs, that it may benefit those who listen. And do not grieve the Holy Spirit of God, with whom you were sealed for the day of redemption. Get rid of all bitterness, rage and anger, brawling and slander, along with every form of malice. Be kind and compassionate to one another, forgiving each other, just as in Christ, God forgave you.
15/12/15 Turn into My Arms
When the world that you live in, becomes oppressive and tries to rob you of my light, turn into my arms and allow me to hold you through the storms of this life.
My family, there is an enemy out there who hungers to eat up every ounce of joy and peace that you carry. He will use anyone and everyone as a weapon against you, you will not know friend from foe at times.
Be assured that I AM always with you.
Stand strong with your head held high, especially when the attack is at its worst, for I stand behind you as the Lion of Judah, and I release my `ROAR`, over your life. Everything that tries to come against you will be blown away by my power and authority.
(NIV) 1 Corinthians 16: 13-14
Be on your guard; stand firm in the faith; be courageous; be strong. Do everything in love.
(NIV) Proverbs 10: 24-25
What the wicked dread will overtake them;
what the righteous desire will be granted.
When the storm has swept by, the wicked are gone,
but the righteous stand firm forever.
14/12/15 I miss you
Beloved, you strive for so many things at this time of year. You hurry here and there searching for the right present. You look forward to your parties and your food. You look forward to time off from work or college. Everything becomes about enjoying yourself and the season.
You have so many expectations of fun, joy and laughter. You look for fulfilment in so many ways. But I would ask you, where am I in the midst of all your celebrations? How much time will you set aside to seek my face and my presence? You celebrate the birth of my Son, Jesus and that is good, I love that, but I miss you. I miss your presence and time with me in all the buzz of the year’s end.
Beloved, remember to put first things first!
(NIV) Matthew 6:33
But seek first his kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well.
(NIV) Psalm 145
I will exalt you, my God the King;
I will praise your name forever and ever.
Every day I will praise you
and extol your name forever and ever.
Great is the Lord and most worthy of praise;
his greatness no one can fathom.
One generation commends your works to another;
they tell of your mighty acts.
They speak of the glorious splendour of your majesty—
and I will meditate on your wonderful works.
They tell of the power of your awesome works—
and I will proclaim your great deeds.
They celebrate your abundant goodness
and joyfully sing of your righteousness.
The Lord is gracious and compassionate,
slow to anger and rich in love.
The Lord is good to all;
he has compassion on all he has made.
All your works praise you, Lord;
your faithful people extol you.
They tell of the glory of your kingdom
and speak of your might,
so that all people may know of your mighty acts
and the glorious splendour of your kingdom.
Your kingdom is an everlasting kingdom,
and your dominion endures through all generations.
The Lord is trustworthy in all he promises
and faithful in all he does.
The Lord upholds all who fall
and lifts up all who are bowed down.
The eyes of all look to you,
and you give them their food at the proper time.
You open your hand
and satisfy the desires of every living thing.
The Lord is righteous in all his ways
and faithful in all he does.
The Lord is near to all who call on him,
to all who call on him in truth.
He fulfils the desires of those who fear him;
he hears their cry and saves them.
The Lord watches over all who love him,
but all the wicked he will destroy.
My mouth will speak in praise of the Lord.
Let every creature praise his holy name
forever and ever.
11/12/15 Every Home is a Church
My family who stand upon my living word, and are filled with the Holy Spirit are my missionaries to this world. Each of you has a home, and even a family of your own. This is your mission field, your neighbours and your friends, your sons and your daughters, your aunts and uncles, also your grandparents. Your circle of influence is much wider than you think or believe, but your starting place is your own home and neighbourhood.
Your church is everyone you have access to. My word over you is yes and amen. I call for you to step out and fulfill the great commission over your life, as a minister of my living word. My word never returns to me void. It will transform and change all around you.
(NIV) Isaiah 55: 11
so is my word that goes out from my mouth:
It will not return to me empty,
but will accomplish what I desire
and achieve the purpose for which I sent it.
(NIV) Hebrews 3: 1-3
Therefore, holy brothers and sisters, who share in the heavenly calling, fix your thoughts on Jesus, whom we acknowledge as our apostle and high priest. He was faithful to the one who appointed him, just as Moses was faithful in all God’s house. Jesus has been found worthy of greater honour than Moses, just as the builder of a house has greater honour than the house itself.
10/12/15 Take the Plasters Off
My beloved bride, it is time to take the plasters off those scrapes and wounds, and allow them to be completely healed. You have walked through many seasons where the thorns of others’ opinions have been too highly regarded by you. Pull out the thorns that bring discomfort to your thoughts and physical body and throw them away.
Allow the process of healing to begin, yes, it will continue to sting for a while, and you will have to keep cleaning out the wound. At times that will be sore to do, but as you cleanse that wound it will become easier and easier to do. A protective layer will form over the wounds, this will be my love but you will call it a scab. It will at times be itchy, and you will want to scratch it, of course this will annoy you and bring your concentration back to this old wound.
Take your hands off and leave the healing to me. As the protective layer falls off, you my beautiful one, will be free of all blemishes, wounds and scrapes. Your body will be perfect, even the scars will be gone from you.
(NIV) Psalm 147: 3-5
He heals the broken hearted
and binds up their wounds.
He determines the number of the stars
and calls them each by name.
Great is our Lord and mighty in power;
his understanding has no limit.
(NIV) 1 Peter 2: 23-24
When they hurled their insults at him, he did not retaliate; when he suffered, he made no threats. Instead, he entrusted himself to him who judges justly. “He himself bore our sins” in his body on the cross, so that we might die to sins and live for righteousness; “by his wounds you have been healed.”
9/12/15 Seasons End
At times there is an unhealthy clinging onto the past season, when in fact it is time to let go and move on.
There are some who act like the last apple upon the tree, the harvest time has come and gone. There are no leaves upon the branches and winter has come and yet, there is one lone apple clinging to a lowly branch.
The time has come to let go and fall to the ground. There is a new season coming but, there is a dying to the old for the new to begin. Like the apple it falls to the ground and is enveloped and broken down. Its seeds are released into the earth, where they are empowered, to release the new harvest of the new season.
My family, it is time to let go of the old, for the New Season is upon you.
(NIV) Ecclesiastes 3: 1
There is a time for everything,
and a season for every activity under the heavens.
(NIV) Ephesians 4; 21-24
when you heard about Christ and were taught in him in accordance with the truth that is in Jesus. You were taught, with regard to your former way of life, to put off your old self, which is being corrupted by its deceitful desires; to be made new in the attitude of your minds; and to put on the new self, created to be like God in true righteousness and holiness.
8/12/15 Take the babies out of their Prams
There has been a prolonged weaning of the babes in my church. They have remained in their prams too long. Even today they have outgrown them and need to learn how to walk on their own two feet.
Some of you have been used to being spoon fed by others and having all your needs met by the leaders and ministry teams around you. I never called you to remain a baby. I called you to become the men and women who would lead and teach the next generation about who I am.
You have been satisfied with my milk too long. It is the meat that will sustain you. I AM not a baby anymore and neither are you. I long for you to be released from the training reigns and to mature into the men and women of my Kingdom.
(NIV) Hebrews 5: 11-14
We have much to say about this, but it is hard to make it clear to you because you no longer try to understand. In fact, though by this time you ought to be teachers, you need someone to teach you the elementary truths of God’s word all over again. You need milk, not solid food! Anyone who lives on milk, being still an infant, is not acquainted with the teaching about righteousness. But solid food is for the mature, who by constant use have trained themselves to distinguish good from evil.
7/12/15 Strategies
I am releasing over my family, supernatural business strategies. I will reveal to you the blue prints of kingdom businesses that will supply the ethical finances, required to bring a nation and its ministries into a revival culture.
I am anointing many men and woman to move strategically in the market places, even in the buying and selling of shares, also in the housing markets and restaurant industry, there will be an awakening in the places of entertainment and leisure.
Hotels and hotel chains will be birthed. My family will supply the financial needs of many nations, for you are my financial stewards and you will be known for you sacrificial giving.
(NIV) John 15: 14-16
You are my friends if you do what I command. I no longer call you servants, because a servant does not know his master’s business. Instead, I have called you friends, for everything that I learned from my Father I have made known to you. You did not choose me, but I chose you and appointed you so that you might go and bear fruit—fruit that will last—and so that whatever you ask in my name the Father will give you.
(NIV) Matthew 6: 1-4
“Be careful not to practice your righteousness in front of others to be seen by them. If you do, you will have no reward from your Father in heaven.
“So when you give to the needy, do not announce it with trumpets, as the hypocrites do in the synagogues and on the streets, to be honored by others. Truly I tell you, they have received their reward in full. But when you give to the needy, do not let your left hand know what your right hand is doing, so that your giving may be in secret. Then your Father, who sees what is done in secret, will reward you.
4/12/15 Tiny Spots need to be cleaned TOO!
Every day my family steps out into the world. Every day you will be bombarded with the little specks of sin and confusion of others, who are still trapped in their sin and shame. You are the target for their misunderstanding, for the righteousness that you carry as a cloak around your shoulders, is like a mirror of who they should be. You will be left out and ignored. At times, you will even be attacked by those who should be upholding you.
Be aware that I have placed you in the midst of these lives. You my family are my witnesses, and the flecks of dirt that are cast upon your character, are not a witness of your life, but of the broken and hidden lives around you. Stand therefore, even in those places where everyone you trusted has turned their backs on you, and love them with my perfect love.
(NIV) Colossians 3; 1-17
Since, then, you have been raised with Christ, set your hearts on things above, where Christ is, seated at the right hand of God. Set your minds on things above, not on earthly things. For you died and your life is now hidden with Christ in God. When Christ, who is your life, appears, then you also will appear with him in glory.
Put to death, therefore, whatever belongs to your earthly nature: sexual immorality, impurity, lust, evil desires and greed, which is idolatry. Because of these, the wrath of God is coming. You used to walk in these ways, in the life you once lived. But now you must also rid yourselves of all such things as these: anger, rage, malice, slander, and filthy language from your lips. Do not lie to each other, since you have taken off your old self with its practices and have put on the new self, which is being renewed in knowledge in the image of its Creator. Here there is no Gentile or Jew, circumcised or uncircumcised, barbarian, Scythian, slave or free, but Christ is all, and is in all.
Therefore, as God’s chosen people, holy and dearly loved, clothe yourselves with compassion, kindness, humility, gentleness and patience. Bear with each other and forgive one another if any of you has a grievance against someone. Forgive as the Lord forgave you. And over all these virtues put on love, which binds them all together in perfect unity.
Let the peace of Christ rule in your hearts, since as members of one body you were called to peace. And be thankful. Let the message of Christ dwell among you richly as you teach and admonish one another with all wisdom through psalms, hymns, and songs from the Spirit, singing to God with gratitude in your hearts. And whatever you do, whether in word or deed, do it all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God the Father through him.
3/12/15 Uncovered and Put Away
My sons and daughters open your spiritual eyes, and see the creeping spirit of distraction coming around your Christian walk, and even around your family. It will sneak up on you, and suddenly, you will find that you have so much for your hands to do than is possible for one person.
Distraction is sent to keep you away from the call upon your life, and lead you into the mundane daily routines of life, where all your strength and focus will be slowly drained away, leaving behind a burned out husk.
Lift your eyes from the ground and look up into my face of love. My sons and daughters, you will find your place of peace and safety within my heart. Hold onto me and each of you will be supernaturally transported from where you are, instantly!
Come into my rest and watch as all distractions flow away from you, allowing you to choose what should have a place in your daily walk and in your family’s life. There are things around you that you need to put away for a season. And REST.
(NIV) Hebrews 4: 9-16
There remains, then, a Sabbath-rest for the people of God; for anyone who enters God’s rest also rests from their works, just as God did from his. Let us, therefore, make every effort to enter that rest, so that no one will perish by following their example of disobedience.
For the word of God is alive and active. Sharper than any double-edged sword, it penetrates even to dividing soul and spirit, joints and marrow; it judges the thoughts and attitudes of the heart. Nothing in all creation is hidden from God’s sight. Everything is uncovered and laid bare before the eyes of him to whom we must give account.
Therefore, since we have a great high priest who has ascended into heaven, Jesus the Son of God, let us hold firmly to the faith we profess. For we do not have a high priest who is unable to empathize with our weaknesses, but we have one who has been tempted in every way, just as we are—yet he did not sin. Let us then approach God’s throne of grace with confidence, so that we may receive mercy and find grace to help us in our time of need.
2/12/15 Restoration
When a masterpiece has hung upon a wall for a long time, it can become dull and lose some of its colour, it may even be damaged and need to be repaired. When it is removed from the wall, it is handled with care. It is brought to the restorer who will clean it and repair it.
There are times when your life needs the touch of the restorer, when things have become dull and life loses some of its colour, when you sense there is damage that stops you being fully you.
You are my masterpieces, each one of you was created by my hands. The landscape of your life has been painted by my brush strokes, the colour and depth of your character has been mixed together upon my easel, with love and care.
My family, I bring complete restoration to you.
(NIV) 1 Peter 5: 10
And the God of all grace, who called you to his eternal glory in Christ, after you have suffered a little while, will himself restore you and make you strong, firm and steadfast.
1/12/15 The Platform of Revival
My family, I hear your prayers and your hunger for revival across the nations and the world. It has been released, into the hands and hearts of my servant leaders, and all who stand with them. I release the spark of revival, into your land and your generations.
A supernatural revival of my church, my people, and my family is already in motion, for the prayers that my intercessors have released, have been heard and answered. I have sent out my Prophets into the nations of this earth, carrying my message, for such a time as this.
My Apostles are building and reshaping what has been the natural, into my supernatural plan and purposes.
My family are moving together as one, a community built upon perfect love who seek for the treasure in every life they encounter.
(NIV) Job 16: 19-21
Even now my witness is in heaven;
my advocate is on high.
My intercessor is my friend
as my eyes pour out tears to God;
on behalf of a man he pleads with God
as one pleads for a friend.
(NIV) Ephesians 3: 4-6
In reading this, then, you will be able to understand my insight into the mystery of Christ, which was not made known to people in other generations as it has now been revealed by the Spirit to God’s holy apostles and prophets. This mystery is that through the gospel the Gentiles are heirs together with Israel, members together of one body, and sharers together in the promise in Christ Jesus.
